Study On Government Strategy Of Rural Industry Revitalization In M County Of Panzhihua City

At the 19 th National Congress,the "Village Revitalization Strategy" was first proposed,and the work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers was mentioned as an important part of our party's work.At present,China's economic development has achieved great results,but the gap between urban and rural development is still huge.The countryside is natural,social and economic.The complex,with multiple functions of life,production,culture,etc.,together with the towns constitutes the main space of human life,so the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has reached an urgent point,and the industrial prosperity as the core of rural industrial revitalization,in the development of rural economy The important role of China is to persist in the development of modern agriculture and to integrate the development of the first,second and third industries,thus building a strong rural industrial system.The revitalization of rural industries can provide a better foundation for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,and the government plays a guiding role in the development of the entire rural industry.Therefore,it is necessary to thoroughly study the government's strategic policy in the revitalization of rural industries.M County of Panzhihua City is one of the first batch of 22 rural revitalization strategic planning pilot counties in Sichuan Province.It is the focus of rural revitalization work in the province.This paper combines the natural and humanistic background of M County in Panzhihua City to summarize the current rural industry in M County.Taking tourism and agricultural product cultivation as the main components,in-depth investigation of the opinions of various rural entities on the development of rural industry at the present stage,using the theory of stakeholders and other in-depth analysis of the four major problems in the development of rural industries in M County,that is,the old tourism model,Interest-related contradictions are prominent,agricultural product sales are difficult and there is a shortage of industrial construction talents.Furthermore,combined with the experience of rural development at home and abroad,it puts forward strategic suggestions for the government to promote the revitalization of rural industries in M County.It is pointed out that the government should play a good role in guiding,propaganda,guarantee and supervision in the process of revitalizing the rural industry.At the same time,it is necessary to integrate resources of different interest groups to promote the revitalization of rural industries in M County.In the process of analyzing the revitalization of rural industry in M County,according to the analysis of current situation,summary of problems and analysis ofreasons,using comparative analysis,questionnaire survey and literature reference method to summarize the problems existing in the development of M County at this stage.To explore the main stakeholders in the revitalization of rural industries in M County,and propose the need to integrate the strength of these stakeholders to promote the realization of rural industrial revitalization in M County.At the same time,we should clarify the work that the government should do in terms of system improvement,financial security,and expansion of publicity and personnel training.
