Research On Risk Management Of The Information System Development Project Of A Ministry

With the rapid development of information technology,there exists the regional imbalance,the imbalance in the field of phenomenon for the information construction of domestic government management departments at all levels.Some regions and departments in the filed have keep up with the pace of The Times in the informatization construction,and the information construction of some regions,departments in the field is relatively backward,to speed up the steps of information construction is really needed.This topic will be based on the characteristics,the analysis of the development process of "A ministries and safety supervision system development project",and the study of software project risk management achievements at home and abroad,combined with the author "A ministries safety supervision system development project" in the actual project work experience,introducing the idea of risk management guide for information system development project,and puts forward some practical ways and processes.Firstly,the study of risk management theory mainly adopts literature research and comparative study.Secondly,mainstream methods such as risk list method,brainstorm method and expert consultation method are adopted to identify the project's demand risk,technical risk,management risk,communication risk,progress risk and human resource risk.Thirdly,the qualitative evaluation of 30 risk factors in 6 categories was carried out by using Delphi method.We performed quantitative evaluations for the risk occurrence,risk impact and risk result assessment by using the expert scoring method and Delphi method.By sorting the results of risk assessment,the risk rank rearrangement of each factor is obtained.Finally,specific control strategies are given for different levels of risk.In general,this project has some risk points,such as unclear requirements,complicated stakeholders,high degree of integration of the old system,tight schedule,unstable project team and difficulty in unifying technical framework.It is quite rare in actual safety supervision system research and development projects,which makes it of great research value.To take this project as an example,I can well complete the risk management research on the safety supervision system software development project,which has a good guiding significance for the implementation of similar projects in the future.
