Study On The Government Legal Liability For Sharing Economy

Sharing economy is one of the hottest directions of social development at present,it has subverted the past business transaction model,also brought the huge challenge to the traditional business system,and this kind of way has realized the effective utilization and the integration of the resources.The rapid adjustment of the economic structure of the promoters also promotes the rapid development of the market economy and has a great influence on people's lives.However,this economic model is bound to have some shortcomings and loopholes,which need to be adjusted by the government,so as to guide the economy to a reasonable and scientific direction and to guide the healthy and stable development of the shared economy.In the State Council's work report,the content of shared economy is mentioned and emphasized,and the government is required to take up the important task in sharing economy,to meet the challenge,to promote the rapid development of shared economy,and to ensure the conformity of shared economy and current society.So under this background,the research in this paper will be carried out from the following aspects.The introduction part mainly introduces the inevitability of the development of the sharing economy and the necessity of the government's role in the process of sharing the economic development.Based on this kind of research,the specific research contents and research innovations of this research are evaluated.In the first chapter of this paper,the related concepts and characteristics of the sharing economy are analyzed and considered.The second chapter clarifies the legal relationship contained in the shared economy and interprets the legal relationship in all aspects.In the third chapter of this paper,we explore the basis and status quo of the government's legal responsibility in the sharing economy,and put forward the problem from the analysis of the status quo.In the fourth chapter,corresponding to the legal relationship between the second chapter and the problem analysis in the thirdchapter,I hope that we can find a reasonable solution through the research of this chapter.The fifth chapter,conclusions and prospects,gives a comprehensive and forward-looking consideration for the government's legal responsibility in the development of shared economic and economic development.It also points out the shortcomings of this paper.
