A Study On The Capacity Building Of Shaanxi D Village Association For The Elderly

Since 1999,China has entered the aging society for twenty years.With the development of economy and society and the improvement of medical conditions,the number of elderly population is still increasing,and the trend of aging is obvious,which leads to many problems and needs.As a large population country,the aging population of our country has the characteristics of rapid development and the absolute large number of elderly population,so we must make rational use of social resources and their own resources to resolve the problems caused by aging.Solve the problems that are closely related to the elderly.So far,the Association of the elderly should be operated as a mechanism of "spontaneous and hastening".Health is an important mechanism to deal with the aging of the population and to meet the needs of the material,spiritual and social participation of the elderly.It is also a bridge and link between the government and the elderly people at the grass-roots level to achieve healthy aging and active aging.The important role and great potential of the Association for the elderly is based on its outstanding ability.Therefore,it is very important to promote the development of the Association for the elderly and to carry out the investigation and construction of the capacity of the Association for the elderly.This article takes the D village old age association as the research object,takes the old age association's ability present situation as the research question,through the visit D village old age association,carries on the in-depth interview to the D village old age association staff and the volunteer to collect the data,The present situation of the ability of D village old people's association in Shaanxi Province was analyzed from five aspects: factor ability,coordination ability,acquirement ability,influence ability and service ability.The analysis results show that there are mainly the following problems in capacity building of D village elderly association at present: lack of resources,lack of factor capacity;internal governance is not standardized,coordination ability needs to be improved;resources development is not sufficient,and the ability of obtaining is not enough.Sufficient;lack of publicity,influence capacity needs to be improved;fewer services,low specialization,insufficient service capacity and so on.In view of the above problems,the author analyzes the reasons for the difficulties of the capacity-building of the aged association in village D,and tries to put forward some specific suggestions on the capacity-building of the association of the elderly in village D.In order to promote the D village of the elderly Association capacity-building to provide a reference.
