As the main body of the party’s organizational work organizational cadres’ thought literacy,party styles,and competencies are directly related to scientific level of party’s organizational work is influential to overall social economy development.The organizational cadres’ trainings are pre-guiding,fundamental,and strategic projects to build up their teams.The reinforcement to the organizational cadres’ trainings are necessary and effective way to improve their comprehensive qualities in various aspects.Currently,within the organizational cadres’ trainings there are many problems arouse duplicities that there are obvious differences between trainings and practices result relatively large wastages of training resources,unreliability in training outcomes,and failure of meeting improvement targets.The competency research to trainings of organizational cadres is one of the important research orientations currently,from which the competency-base training system emphasizes evaluations and trainings to trainees’ latent traits.Different from the traditional training modes itfocuses on inner and potential traits to inspire and motivate the trainees to result individual and overall improvement.Therefore,to solve the prominent problems within the organizational cadres’ trainings bring in competency theories and build up the training system based on competency models are feasible to research.The research uses prefecture-level N city located in the east of Jiangsu province to study.Firstly,it analyzes existing literatures of the organizational cadres’ trainings to summarize relevant concepts and theories by focusing on systematic explanation to the competency,the competency model,and application of competency theories in the trainings.Secondly,it uses surveys,visits,and other methods combined with the reality of organizational cadres’ trainings in N city to find out problems and causes.The organizational cadres’ competency model is built by behavioral event interviews and questionnaire surveys with previous research results to provide suggestions toward training needs analysis,content,methods,organization,implementation,and evaluation.Hope it could be a reference to future development of organizational cadres’ trainings.
