Research On Judicial Poverty Alleviation In The Grass-roots Court Of Liangshanyi District

Poverty has always been a major problem that has plagued the social and economic development of Liangshanyi District.Especially in the new situation,the poverty problem in Liangshanyi District has become increasingly complicated.At present,China's poverty alleviation and development has reached the stage of tackling the hardship.As one of the main battlefields for poverty alleviation in the country,how to achieve accurate poverty alleviation and how to ensure the complete establishment of a well-off society by 2020 is a common problem we face today.Since the founding of New China,the party and the government have been working on poverty alleviation and development in Liangshanyi District.However,due to the complexity of the poverty problem in Liangshanyi District,some people have successfully achieved it over the years,with the help of the party and the government.Get rid of poverty,but a large part still lives in poverty.In China's poverty alleviation and development history,poverty alleviation and development in our country is almost entirely driven by the government as an administrative agency.Although great achievements have been made,there are still many outstanding problems.However,in the process of poverty alleviation and development that has lasted for half a century,the number of poor people in China has been greatly reduced.Therefore,judicial participation in poverty alleviation has also become possible,because precision poverty alleviation is accurate,and if the number of people living in poverty is too large,it is difficult to implement precise poverty alleviation.For this reason,in the past,China's people's courts have not been able to play in the process of poverty alleviation and development.However,since the implementation of precision poverty alleviation,our people's courts have been able to give full play to the functions of judicial adjustment and protection of market economy relations.Carry out "judicial poverty alleviation",actively promote poverty alleviation and development,and get rid of poverty.From the perspective of state responsibility,judiciary,as an integral part of state power,also bears certain responsibilities to society.Although the main function of the judiciary is trial,the actual functions of the judicial organs in China are not limited to trial cases and ruling disputes.In addition to these simple judicial functions,the judicial organs of our country have other functions.For example,to maintain the function of social order.In fact,especially in the grassroots courts,the judiciary resolves disputes,trials,and disputes through trials,promptly resolves contradictions at the grassroots level,and indirectly plays a role in maintaining social order and social control.In addition,China's judicial organs also undertake other non-judicial tasks.The non-judicial tasks undertaken by the grassroots people's courts are relatively abstract,because this nature is mainly carried out around the party's central work,and the parties are different.The historical period has different center work,so the center work is more flexible.At present,there is no doubt that the central government will focus on poverty alleviation as a political task.Whether it is the ruling party or the state organs or the public,it must undertake certain tasks.In the new era,as the judicial organ under the leadership of the party,of course,no exception.In this paper,the author attempts to explore the nature of the current grassroots courts in Liangshanyi District,which is in full swing,from the perspective of the process of participating in poverty alleviation in the grassroots courts of Liangshanyi District.How does the grassroots court in the district participate in poverty alleviation,how to help the poor,the significance of judicial poverty alleviation,and how the judicial poverty alleviation combines the special characteristics of Liangshanyi District to help the poor.This is the doubt that this article has to solve.This paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter mainly introduces the current poverty and anti-poverty practices in Liangshanyi District,including the current poverty situation in Liangshanyi District,the anti-poverty practice in Liangshanyi District,and the current precision poverty alleviation and precision poverty alleviation in Liangshanyi District.The second chapter mainly analyzes the institutional space of grassroots judicial poverty alleviation in Liangshanyi District,and elaborates on grassroots judicial poverty alleviation from three dimensions: political space,rule of law space and regional space.The third chapter introduces the practice investigation of the judicial poverty alleviation in the grassroots courts of Liangshanyi District.The three grassroots courts in Meigu County,Butuo County and Zhaojue County of Liangshan Prefecture are mainly used to investigate how the grassroots courts in Liangshan District have helped the poor.The fourth chapter discusses the significance of the current judicial poverty alleviation in the grass-roots courts in Liangshanyi District,some existing problems and some suggestions for the problems.The fifth chapter is the conclusion part,combining the first four chapters to summarize,and an explanation of the institutional resources and functional orientation of the grassroots justice in the minority areas.
