Study On The Security Administer Of Open Residential Community In Contemporary China

Closed residential district shows many disadvantages in the new era background environment,and will be replaced by open residential district.Open residential district can enrich urban space,make comprehensive use of land resources,and harmonize neighborhood relations.However,while opening the internal space of residential district,a large number of "strangers" are bound to enter and leave residential district freely.Drawing on the theoretical analysis framework of "Crime Prevention through Environmental Design"(CPTED)and the experience of foreign open residential areas in the aspects of legal system guarantee,planning and design concept,intelligent property management of residential areas,the author,under the background of information technology,takes the safety management of residential areas in Qixia District of Nanjing as an example,interprets the open residential areas in China.Experience of safety management,analysis of the practical application of civil air defense,material defense and technical defense means in safety management,put forward pertinently the construction of new defense line for district safety,optimization of management mode of district and the idea of strengthening the security management of district intelligence work,put forward the idea of civil air defense,material defense,technical prevention linkage,implementation of "four synchronization" of safety prevention construction,and improvement of the precaution of security prevention facilities.Establish a long-term operation mechanism of socialized management of property companies and Countermeasures to combat crime in residential districts,and then promote the process of building open residential districts in contemporary China from the level of security management.
