SWOT Strategy Research On Information Resource Security In E-government

The issue of Cyber-Space Security concerns the political,economic and social stability of all the countries in the world.As the Internet becomes more widely used,the structure of the network becomes more complex and difficult to control.China's e-government information resources security management technology,system and related laws and regulations have been developed relatively late,there are some security problems.Therefore,this paper studies the security of information resources in the e-government system,and strengthens the understanding of the security of information resources in the e-government system.This paper is divided into five parts.The introduction part discusses the purpose and significance of the writing of this paper,and summarizes the research trends of information resource security in the e-government system,indicating research methods,research contents and innovation points,and defines relevant concepts.The first chapter makes a scientific and detailed analysis of the definition of information resource security in the e-government information system and the detailed development process.At the same time,it briefly expounds the necessity of the research on information security management involved in e-government information,laying a foundation for the later research.In addition,the method of comparative study is used to find out the opportunities of external environment through the comparison with European and American countries,as well as the inspiration for China's own research and practice,so as to provide conditions for the SWOT analysis below.The third chapter,first of all,illustrates the problems existing in the SWOT analysis,in the later research will pay attention to these problems,and then to carry out specific analysis on the problems existing in the development,see the essence through the phenomenon,in the process of development of our country electron government affairs system related to information security management problems are analyzed,summarized,find out the our country electron government affairs information resources management in the system of internal strengths,weaknesses and external opportunities and challenges.The fourth chapter uses SWOT analysis method to make strategic decision analysis.This paper argues that the following strategies can be used to improve the security management of information resources in China's e-government system,SO:growth strategy--promoting the new development of information resource security management in China's e-government system with the community of Shared future in cyberspace^?1?,ST:multiple operational strategies--establishing a comprehensive international security institutional framework to form a"deterrent"force,WO:reversing strategy--building an all-around security management mode of government information resources based on the principle of"law and policy first,combining technology and management",WT:defensive strategy--the response strategy to the establishment of China's government information resource security system can conduct all-round management of information resource security in China's e-government system from strategy to management,to technology and law.At last,it summarizes the whole paper and puts forward the direction of perfecting the paper in the future.
