The township civil servants are located at the end of the official position of the civil servants,which are the direct executors of various policies,and the most widely represented among the public.Their ability and behavior have a profound influence on the government's ruling effectiveness and public image.However,the township level talent team is extremely unstable,and the phenomenon of brain drain is becoming more and more serious.It is a fact that can not be ignored.It is increasing the overall image of civil servants,the development of villages and towns,and the interests of townships and masses.Therefore,it is an urgent task to investigate the loss of township officials,analyze the reasons,find countermeasures,and enhance the enthusiasm,cohesion and stability of cadres.In this paper,under the jurisdiction of Jiangsu province A County township as the research object,in order to fully understand the situation of human resources in A County township and the civil service status of the loss analysis of A County township civil servants loss reasons,proposes the countermeasures to solve the problems,but also for the rest of the township or the primary sector,especially in the coastal economic developed towns to strengthen the management of civil servants,to avoid the risk of loss provide reference.The composition of related research at home and abroad in talent loss,loss,loss of township civil servants civil servants offer basis review and theoretical study,understand and analyze the relevant data of A County Township loss of civil servants,and with the loss of civil servants,not the loss of civil servants,civil servants interview Department staff,have a thorough grasp of the relevant A County township civil servants and the actual effect of loss.According to the data analysis and the results of interviews,this paper divide the reasons of loss of A County township civil servants into six aspects from the two aspects of objective and subjective,respectively is: the relationship between cadres organization dilemma,the asymmetry of power and responsibility of the new norm into the complex period,recruiting out of the system is not perfect,promotion difficulties,lack of ethical spirit,psychological adjustment ability is weak.And on this basis,this paper put forward countermeasures and suggestions to avoid the loss of A County township civil servants,including strengthening the organization culture,regular civil service entry motivation,improve the innovation system,township civil servants recruited out of the A county civil service promotion mechanism,the transformation of township government functions,enhance the A County township civil servants psychological quality.
