Study On The Legal Consciousness Of Students In Secondary Vocational Schools

"Developing the vocational education vigorously"has been put forward in The Outline of the National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Program(2010-2020).By 2020,a modern vocational education system will be founded,which adapts to the transformation of development mode and the requirements of economic restructuring,and embodies the concept of lifelong education,coordinates the development of secondary and higher vocational education,to satisfy the needs of the people about vocational education and meet the needs of the economy and Society for high-quality workers and skilled personnel.It is estimated that by 2020,the number of students in secondary vocational schools will reach to 23,500,000.There is a large proportion of adolescents in secondary vocational schools.And a practical problem cannot be ignored is that the students lack of legal knowledge and common sense,which makes them have no respect for law and don't abide by laws.Therefore,it is very necessary to make a deep analysis on the current situation for students 'awareness of law in secondary vocational colleges,and propose corresponding countermeasures.In this paper,we mainly adopt the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and case interview,and takes Xi'an Commerce and Tourism Technician Institute as an example to carry out the investigation and research.This paper mainly discusses and analyses the cultivation about legal consciousness of students in secondary vocational schools by four aspects.The first part is the introduction,and analyses the research from the purpose,significance and importance.The second part mainly analyzes the present situation of the cultivation for the students' legal consciousness in the secondary vocational schools.It puts forward the main problems existing in the training of legal consciousness for students in secondary vocational schools through analyzing the present situation of the accepting on the importance and authority of laws,the attitude of learning laws,the consciousness of abiding by laws and safeguarding legal rights.The third part analyzes the causes of the problems from three aspects: school education,family education and social influence.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures according to the causes of the problems,The point of penetration are optimizing the content of legal awareness and improving the training methods of legal awareness,and puts forward the strategies to solve the problems,including developing school-based textbooks suitable for legal courses,optimizing the teaching staff,making good use of the second classroom,strengthening psychological guidance and promoting the cooperation between family and school,in order to help the secondary vocational school to raise the legal awareness of students and minors,improve the teaching of law courses and student management.
