Research On Problems Of New Rural Construction Of Socialism

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the general secretary,Xi Jinping,has put forward a series of new thoughts,new ideas and new demands in building a beautiful country,emphasizing that a beautiful China should be built on the basis of a beautiful country,which significantly promotes the new rural construction of socialism for the homes built by peasants.The nineteenth work statement of the party presented the rural revitalization strategy.The new rural construction of socialism is important steps on the rural development improved by our country and the rural modernization achieved by our country,which will be the major policy that we must firmly implement in the future period of time.Vigorously carrying out the new rural construction is in favor of realizing the social equity as well as the social stabilization and development,which finally accomplished the goal of the harmonious society.The paper finds out the existing problems in the process of the new rural construction taking the new rural construction of Hebei province for the research object,based on the correlative theories of Marxism and combined with the actual situation of the rural development in Hebei province,then analyses the reasons and finds solutions ultimately.This paper consists of five main chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background,significance,research methods adopted,and reviews of domestic and foreign research.The second chapter explains the related concepts and the theoretical basis of this article,mainly the connotation of the new rural socialism,and the Marxist theory of agriculture and its theoretical development in China.The third chapter summarizes the current conditions of new rural construction in Hebei province,including the development of rural areas in Hebei province and the achievements made in the new rural construction.The fourth chapter analyzes the main problems existing in the new rural construction in Hebei province,and analyzes the root causes.The fifth part proposes subsequent countermeasures based on the current situation,problems and reasons of the new rural construction in Hebei province.To achieve effective results for the new rural construction in Hebei province,it must be supported by scientific theories,which in turn promote the development of theories related to new rural construction.In the new rural construction,government agencies at all levels must unswervingly implement the principles of democracy,take the benefits of farmers as the starting point and final destination,timely understand and actively explore the needs of farmers,and formulate relevant policy guidelines on this basis.The successful experience of new rural construction in Hebei province has also provided a main reference for the successful new rural construction in other regions of China.
