The Influence Of Farmers' Land Consciousness On Their Willingness Of Citizenization

Since the reform and opening up,China's urbanization has achieved remarkable success.By 2017,the urbanization rate in China was 58.52%,and as early as 1980,the developed countries' average proportion of their urban population had reached 70.9%.It is clear that China's urbanization level There is still a certain gap with the developed countries.At present,there are still 57.61 million rural people in our country.How to further promote urbanization and accelerate the process of urbanization is an important topic in the academic community.Most scholars believe that the peasants' willingness to urbanize is mainly affected by factors such as the age of the peasants,the level of education received,the family's economic income,the dual structure of the social system,and the reform of the land system.However,among the many influencing factors,the author believes that the land factor affects the peasants' citizenship.The key factor of the willingness.In the past,scholars have made more researches on farmers' land awareness,but there are few studies on the relationship between land awareness and urbanization.Therefore,through the investigation and interview with the villagers in L town,Jilin Province,this paper analyzes the land awareness and the status of urbanization wishes and analyzes how farmers' land awareness influences the wishes of citizenship and makes recommendations.This article is based on the case of villagers in L Town,Liuhe County,Jilin Province.A total of 200 questionnaires were distributed,of which 178 were valid questionnaires,and 15 farmers were interviewed in depth.The results of the survey on farmers' land awareness and citizenship will show that: First,the status of farmers' land awareness is characterized by multiple dynamics.Specifically,farmers' awareness of land-based dependence has gradually diminished,and awareness of land value,as well as a strong awareness of property rights and a weak sense of land withdrawal.Second,the willingness of farmers to be urbanized is not strong.According to further analysis of farmers' land awareness and citizenship wishes,it is shown that: First,farmers' willingness to urbanize weakens with the increase of farmers' sense of land dependence;Second,farmers' willingness to urbanize becomes more conscious of farmers' land values.The increase has weakened;Third,the willingness of farmers to become urban residents has weakened with the weakening of the farmers' sense of land withdrawal;Fourth,the farmers' awareness of land property rights has had little effect on the willingness of farmers to citizenize.At the same time,the author has carried on the further discussion to how to promote the urbanization of farmers give three Suggestions: one is for relying too much on the land and no other professional skills,improve their overall qualities and professional skills to weaken their dependence on land,emotional;Second,accelerate the reform of the household registration system and land system to weaken the land security function.Third,for farmers with the intention of land withdrawal,the reform and innovation of public service supply should be accelerated to deepen their intention of land withdrawal.
