The Selective Path Study On Constructing The "Intimate" And "Honesty" Of The New-type Government-business Relation Of Shanwei

In 2016,the General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed to construct the“intimate” and “honesty” of new-type government-business relation on the4 th Conference of the 12 th CPPCC for the first time.In 2017,the General Secretary Xi Jinping gave a report on the 19 th National Congress of CPC and definitely proposed to construct the intimate and “honesty” of new-type government-business relation and to promote the sound growth of non-public ownership economy and non-public economy representative people,showing the confidence and determination for the central government to construct the intimate and honesty of new-type government-business relation.The General Secretary Xi Jinping used the“intimate” and “honesty” to locate the government-business relation,revealing the essence of the new-type government-business relation.This not only makes politicians and merchants to have rules to abide by in their association,but also gives the baseline for leaders to how to contact with private entrepreneurs,and expands the space.In the study,the author regarded Shanwei as a research object to conduct the in-depth practice,exploration and study on specific measures and lively practice of constructing the new-type government-business relation in the prefecture-level city.The author mainly studied from two aspects: on the one hand,“intimate” is mainly used to serve for enterprises.The author carried out the study from “closing to enterprises,serving for enterprises and benefiting enterprises”,analyzed and summarized a series of countermeasures and suggestion with the strong pertinence and maneuverability,and provided the theoretical support and effective approach to explore the new-type government-business relation for theprefecture-level city.On the other hand,“honesty” means that people should abide by the discipline baseline.The author studied from security mechanism,matching with platform and supervision reinforcement,so as to maintain the pure government-business relation and constantly promote enterprise development,while getting close to enterprises and greatly serving for enterprises.The author hoped to summarize the specific measures and main practice of constructing the new-type government-business relation in Shanwei through the study,providing the experience and decision-making reference for how to construct the new-type government-business relation in the prefecture-level city.
