Investigation On Grid Governance Of Grassroots Public Services In Pulandian District

Grassroots organizations represented by streets,villages and towns,urban and rural communities are the unit cells of society,the foundation of national governance,and the key to innovation in social governance.In recent years,the gridding governance model that our country's scholars have explored to adapt to our country's national conditions has attracted the attention of scholars in various fields of public administration.improving the quality of grassroots public services and improving residents' satisfaction with government agencies has always been the goal of local governments' efforts.Therefore,how to give full play to the application of grid governance in grassroots public services and how to construct a scientific and reasonable grid governance model is an important topic before us.This study selects pulandian district of Dalian city as the research object,through the way of issuing questionnaires and personal interviews,to learn more about the current situation and influencing factors of gridding governance of grassroots public services,and to put forward targeted suggestions to improve the effect of gridding governance.Firstly,according to the relevant theories of public management,select scientific job satisfaction scale and interview content,and revise a set of satisfaction scale and interview outline that can reflect the current situation of residents in pulandian district of Dalian city on grid governance of grassroots public services.After testing the reliability and validity of the pretest questionnaire,a formal questionnaire was issued and the data were collated.Secondly,the paper analyzes the current situation of gridding governance of grassroots public services in pulandian district of Dalian city.based on the relevant data collected through questionnaires and interviews,using SPSS statistical analysis software,the paper analyzes the factors influencing the current situation of gridding governance of grassroots public services in pulandian district of Dalian city from three aspects of objective environment,grassroots government management and other governance subjects.Finally,based on the results of the survey,suggestions are put forward to optimize the grid governance of grassroots public services in pulandian district of Dalian city from four aspects: improving public participation,implementing a five-year management model,improving the mechanism for handling and solving grassroots problems,and strengthening the security of community information platforms.This research adopts the research method of combining theory and demonstration,adopts the form of questionnaire survey to sample nearly 300 administrative staff and the masses in pulandian district of Dalian city,and puts forward corresponding suggestions and measures according to the results of data analysis,so as to optimize the gridding governance of grassroots public services,provide suggestions for the gridding governance of Dalian municipal government,and also provide references for Dalian to build a service-oriented government of " serving the people,being practical,being clean and efficient".
