Research On Optimization Strategy Of Rural Old-age Project Based On The Needs Of Urban Elderly Group

Since entering the 21 st century,China's elderly population has increased significantly.In addition to the accelerated economic development and urbanization process,the urban elderly population has continued to increase,and the urban old-age pension pressure has increased.And...To this end,the state encourages the development and construction of rural old-age industry projects to attract urban elderly groups to go to rural areas for old-age care.However,although the old-age market has become more and more specialized in the development of old-age programs for urban elderly groups to go to rural areas,there are still some problems,including the lack of clarity on the needs of urban elderly groups and the lack of understanding of existing rural projects.Therefore,it is of great significance to solve the problems of urban old-age pension and promote the healthy development of rural old-age pension to base on the needs of urban old-age groups,investigate the rural old-age pension seeking projects,analyze the problems existing in rural old-age pension projects,and put forward targeted solutions.According to this,this study analyzes the basic national conditions of the aging population in China,and combs the basic theory of the rural old-age pension model.From the physical and psychological characteristics of the elderly,it analyzes the old-age pension needs of urban elderly groups,and considers the rural old-age pension projects for urban elderly groups.It should conform to the psychological characteristics and physiological characteristics of the elderly population in the city,and take safety,comfort and economy as the principles.It summarizes the basic of the contradiction between the old-age pension needs of the urban elderly group and the existing urban old-age product projects.According to the actual needs,two rural old-age projects were selected for field research.According to the results of the survey,the characteristics of different rural old-age projects were compared,and the existing problems in rural old-age projects were summarized.It is hoped that this study can provide some reference for the optimization of rural old-age programs in the future.
