Research On The Effectiveness Of Government Affairs Supervision Of Weihai City H District Government From The Perspective Of Government Execution

Supervision and inspection of government affairs refers to the supervision and inspection of the progress of government affairs,the timely discovery and resolution of problems and contradictions in the progress of government affairs,and the supervision and implementation of the undertaker as required.It is an important way to further improve the efficiency of government supervision,strengthen the work of government supervision and improve the efficiency of supervision and implementation.However,there are still many problems in the practice of grass-roots government supervision efficiency.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the problems and Countermeasures of local government a dministration supervision efficiency from the perspective of government executive power to improve the quality and efficiency of government administration service.Based on the research results of scholars at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the related concepts and theories of government executive power and government supervision efficiency,and selects the government supervision work of H District of Weihai City as a sample to fully analyze the current situati on,problems and causes of its government supervision efficiency,and finds that its government supervision efficiency is not high,mainly including the imperfect supervision team and supervision work mechanism The system is not perfect.Then,based on the above problems,the main reasons that affect the efficiency of supervision are fully explored and analyzed: insufficient access to executive information;low executive power of government supervision itself;poor late application of supervision results,etc.Then fully analyze the experience of other advanced cities such as Qindu District of Xianyang,Lixia District of Jin an and Pingdu City of Qingdao,and put forward countermeasures and suggesti ons to improve the efficiency of government supervision in H District:optimiz e the system of government supervision;establish and improve the positive incentive mechanism of the staff in H District;innovate the development path of government supervision;strengthen the self construction of supervision institutions;add Supervise the management of follow-up links.Therefore,this paper attempts to provide in-depth exploration path reference for the improvement of government supervision efficiency of H District government,and also provides some experience reference for the improvement of government supervision efficiency of other grass-roots governments in China.The innovation of this paper is to make a systematic study on the efficiency of government supervision by comprehensively using the relevant theories of domestic and foreign mature executive power in view of the fragmentary,theoretical and normative problems existing in the existing research,and to obtain the targeted and constructive research results to improve the efficiency of government supervision by citing the examples of government supervision and combining with a certain quantitative analysis.At the same time,the horizontal and vertical comparison method is used to expand the depth and breadth of the study by comparing the government supervision work of other cities and the internal supervision work of H District Government of Weihai City.
