Research On The Cultivation Of Police Professional Ethics Spirit

Police professional ethics spirit is the most fundamental value concept of police administration,which not only embodies the professional ethics quality of police,but also determines the attitudes and behaviors of police administration.In view of the practical problems existing in the cultivation of police professional ethics spirit,this thesis attempts to explore the establishment of a relatively perfect system for the cultivation of police professional ethics spirit.The thesis consists of the following five parts:Chapter 1: Introduction.Expound the research background of the thesis,research significance,research status,research methods and innovation points.Chapter 2: Overview of relevant theories.Based on the analysis of the concepts of ethics,professional ethics,police professional ethics and professional ethics spirit,etc.,clarify the connotation and extension of police professional ethics.Chapter 3: Significance,principles and development goals of the cultivation of police professional ethics spirit.Probe into the specific significance of the cultivation in promoting the ethics and moral quality of police,providing the intrinsic ethical value standard for law enforcement,establishing the image of police serving for people,and creating the ethical and cultural atmosphere of kindness tendency.Point out the principles of practicality,pertinence and subjectivity.The development goals of cultivation are defined as the systematization of ethical norms and supervision,the regularization of cultivation teams,and the scientization of cultivation work.Chapter 4: Current situation of the cultivation of police professional ethics spirit.The current situation of police professional ethics spirit cultivation is investigated in this thesis from the two aspects,namely,achievements and existing problems.The achievements mainly include the staged achievements in the construction of ethical norms,the gradual clarification of the content of police ethics spirit,and the continuous upgrade of the operation of cultivation system.The problems are mainly reflected in the following aspects: the ethical norms and supervision system to be improved,the training team to be standardized,the training method system to be optimized,the evaluation and guarantee system to be improved,and the initiative of policemen to be enhanced.Chapter 5: Development path of the cultivation of police professional ethics.This thesis attempts to explore and analyze the development path of police professional ethics spirit cultivation from the following aspects: perfecting the ethical norms and supervision system,accelerating the construction of cultivation team,optimizing the cultivation method system,strengthening the construction of evaluation and guarantee system,and enhancing the initiative of police professional ethics cultivation.
