On The Development Of Intelligence Collection In The Management Of Floating Population In Police Stations

Population management is an important responsibility of public security organs,and the management of floating population is one of the core tasks of police stations.At present,with the increase of the number of floating population,the expansion of the scale of cities and towns,the inadequacy of public resources allocation and the prominence of social contradictions,as well as the reasons of insufficient police force allocation and complicated work contents,the management of floating population in police stations can not keep up with the needs of social development,resulting in the complex situation of social security in the jurisdiction and the ineffective management.Police stations should strengthen the work of information collection,improve the ability of information collection by innovating ideas,optimizing processes,and promoting the transformation of collection means,so as to realize the scientific and efficient management of floating population.This paper will study how to strengthen the management of floating population through effective information collection in police stations.Firstly,this paper expounds the role of information collection in the management of floating population in police stations,then analyses the current situation and existing problems of floating population management and information collection,and finally puts forward some strategies to strengthen information collection in the management of floating population in police stations.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which elaborates the background,significance,research status and research methods of information collection in the management of floating population in police stations;the second chapter is the theoretical part,which analyses the meaning of floating population,the current situation of floating population management,and explores the positive role of information collection in the management of floating population in police stations;the third chapter combs the mobility of police stations.The traditional mode of information collection in population management is analyzed,and its problems and root causes are analyzed.Chapter 4 elaborates the specific development of information collection in the management of floating population in police stations,and puts forward improvement strategies from the aspects of concept innovation,stage-by-stage collection,focused collection,expanding collection content,transformation and upgrading of collection methods,and so on,in order to manage floating population in police stations,and provide reference for the implementation of information collection.Intelligence collection in the management of floating population in police stations is a work that develops with the development of society.It is not only closely related to the continuous changes of floating population,but also closely related to the vigorous development of current public security intelligence work.Only by collecting information can we deeply grasp these developments and changes and truly realize the modernization of floating population management in police stations.
