Research On The Legal System Of Community Participation In Tourism Development

With the development of economy,people are more and more incline d to relax their body and mind through tourism.All parts of our country begin to attach importance to their advantages in tourism and actively dev elop tourism,hoping to improve the local economic level through the dev elopment of tourism.As the biggest stakeholder of local tourism develop ment,community residents should actively participate in tourism developm ent and obtain legitimate interests from it.Since Murphy introduced the t heory of community participation into tourism research,the theory of com munity participation has been gradually applied in tourism development.I ncorporating the community into the tourism development system and enc ouraging the community residents to participate in the decision-making of tourism development are conducive to the sustainable development of tou rism.Community participation is also an effective way to protect the legit imate rights and interests of community residents.Through the research,it is found that the legal system of community participation in tourism deve lopment in China is still imperfect.Based on this background,this papers tudies the legal system of community participation in tourism development.In the introduction,this paper introduces the purpose and significance of this study,collates the literature review,explains the innovative points of this paper,and puts forward that the study of the legal system of com munity participation in China is of positive significance to safeguard the i nterests of community residents and promote the sustainable development of tourism in China.At present,the research on community participation i n tourism development in China seldom involves legal system research.T his paper studies community participation in tourism development from th e perspective of law,which has certain innovative significance.The firstp art of this paper starts with theoretical research,which is divided into tw o parts: basic concepts and theoretical basis.In the basic concepts part,t he concept of community and community participation in tourism develop ment is elaborated,and the main contents of community participation in t ourism development are summarized.It mainly includes three links: partici pation in tourism development planning,participation in Tourism Manage ment and participation in the distribution of tourism interests,and combin ed with the outline of the legal system.The concept of community partici pation in tourism development legal system is explained.In the theoreticalbasis part,the theoretical basis cited in this paper is elaborated,includin g stakeholder theory,ecological value theory and tourism ecological comp ensation theory,and the relationship between these theories and the legal system of community participation in tourism development is elaborated.The second part introduces the current situation of the legal system of co mmunity participation in tourism development in China,mainly from the concept of community participation in tourism development,including the legal system of community participation in tourism development planning,the legal system of community participation in tourism management and management,and the legal system of community participation in the distri bution of tourism interests.The third part sums up the problems existing in the legal system of community participation in tourism development ac cording to the current situation of the legal system of community particip ation in tourism development in China.The fourth part sums up the Enli ghtenment of foreign community participation legal system to China by a nalyzing the legal system of community participation in tourism developm ent in Britain,Thailand and Australia.The fourth part puts forward legal suggestions on the problems of community participation in tourism develo pment in China.The last part summarizes the conclusions of this paper a nd points out the shortcomings of this study.
