Abstract/Summary:
According to the survey,adult disabled people account for more than80% of the total number of disabled people in China,while the number of disabled people in rural areas is much higher than that in urban areas.In addition,the economic conditions and medical rehabilitation conditions in rural areas are poor,and there is no scale in the network of rehabilitation institutions and community services,which makes the family members of disabled adults bear heavy physical and psychological pressure for a long time,seriously affecting their health Heart health.Positive psychology advocates that individuals experience positive emotions in a collective environment,so as to form positive psychological quality,while effective social support and coping style can promote physical and mental health.Therefore,it is of positive significance to understand the sources of psychological pressure,coping styles and social support needs of disabled adult family members,so as to explore the impact of positive psychological intervention on the mental health of the group.The first study was to collect data from 4 families and 7 family members of agricultural household in Nayong County of Guizhou Province,and collect data in disabled families by interview method to understand the status of psychological stress,source of psychological pressure,coping style and social support needs of disabled adult members.Based on Study 1,study 2 intervened the mental health of 14 disabled adult family members,and explored the ways to promote their mental health from the relationship among social support,coping style and mental health.The results are as follows:1.Internal and external psychological pressure of disabled adult family members mainly comes from economic pressure,care pressure,growth education pressure,social discrimination pressure,academic pressure,peer interaction pressure,family relationship pressure and age growth pressure.2.Coping styles of disabled adult family members facing psychological pressure are mainly narrative communication,policy support,self deconstruction,post-traumatic growth and others.3.The disabled adult family members mainly have the social support needs of economic support,service needs,professional guidance and psychological counseling.4.According to relevant analysis,there was a significant negative correlation between objective support and total score of SCL(r =-0.400,p< 0.01),a significant negative correlation between subjective support and total score of SCL(r =-0.417,p< 0.01),a significant negative correlation between utilization of support and total score of SCL(r =-0.338,p < 0.05),a significant negative correlation between positive coping and total score of SCL(r =-0.479,p < 0.01),and a significant positive correlation between negative coping and total score of SCL(r =-0.496,p < 0.01),Intervention results show that Positive psychological intervention can effectively promote the mental health level of the group,and interact with social support and coping style.
