Summary Since the concept of “acceptance” was put forward in 2015,the sense of public service acquisition has gradually become an important indicator for measuring the efficiency of public services.With the continuous development of information science and technology,high-tech means such as big data,cloud computing,and the Internet have been continuously upgraded,and the spiritual feelings of the people's happiness and sense of acquisition have gradually been visualized and digitized.The study found that the economic growth of major metropolitan areas and the quality of people's lives both have improved a lot.However,there is a big difference in the public's evaluation of public services in space.The economic development indicators of the first city circle in the "2017 Central City Development Report" far exceed the second,third and fourth city circles.But in the data survey report on the public service satisfaction and happiness of the public in the big cities,such as "Blue Book of Public Service(2018)","China's Most Happy City in 2017",the cities with the economic development indicators in the first lap have lower scores,and the cities with lower economic development scores are among the best.Therefore,there is a paradox between the sense of public service acquisition and the level of economic development in major cities of China.A further analysis of the sense of acquisition of public services in major cities can be found in the data of the Yearbook and Statistics Bureau of major cities in China that there is also a problem that the level of economic development does not match the sense of acquisition.The central circle of the city—the edge circle—the suburban circle has a decreasing trend in the quantity of economic supply,and an increasing trend in the survey report of the sense of acquisition.Therefore,the problem is concluded through data analysis: although the imbalance of economic development among regions across the country has brought about the gap in the supply level of public service input and construction,the public's feelings of s acquisition,satisfaction,and happiness in public service in the region do not match these differences.This study intends to start from the differences of the sense of public service acquisition between different circles in the big cities of China,and proposes the basic assumption that the spatial differentiation of public service acquisition is determined by supply level,information effect and acquisition effect,while acquisition effect is the most critical factor.Based on this premise hypothesis,this article focuses on the perceptual effect of spatial differentiation of public service acquisition,and clarifies its impact factors and logical interactions,and proposes relevant countermeasures from the perspective of public experience system to enhance public perception and happiness.
