Research On The Causes And Countermeasures Of Hollow Villages In Fuqing Nanling

With the continuous progress of urbanization in China and the gradual relaxation of household registration management restrictions,especially the strategy of "rural revitalization" put forward by the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party,higher requirements are put forward on how to glow the new vitality and vitality of the vast rural areas.However,the hollowing problem in the process of rural development in China has become a major practical problem that restricts rural development.Among them,Nanling Town of Fuqing City,as the research object of this paper,is an important part of the northern pan-Fuqing eco-tourism sector.However,due to traffic constraints,large population outflow,high rate of land abandonment and serious lag in development,hollow villages have become an important bottleneck for Nanling Town to promote social governance and rural development.Only by finding out the formation mechanism of hollow villages from a deep level,innovating the Governance Countermeasures of hollow villages,and tapping the potential of rural development,can we manage hollow villages and realize the sustainable development of rural areas.Based on the empirical analysis of the causes of the formation of hollow villages in Nanling Town,Fuqing City,this paper summarizes the countermeasures and suggestions for the governance of hollow villages in Nanling Town,Fuqing City,in order to better promote the harmonious development of Nanling society.This article is divided into seven chapters: Chapter 1,Introduction.The background,purpose and significance of the study are briefly described.This paper summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and makes a brief comment on it.At the same time,it also introduces the research methods and technical routes of this paper.Chapter II,the related theory of financing capacity of farmers' professional cooperatives.Five basic theories are introduced and studied,namely,the theory of urban-rural economic integration,the theory of urban-rural social integration,the theory of urban-rural spatial integration,the theory of public participation and the theory of ruralgovernance.Chapter three discusses the performance,characteristics and influence of hollow villages in China;Chapter four,taking Nanling Town of Fuqing City as an example,adopts on-the-spot questionnaire survey and refers to relevant data of the Yearbook of Fuqing Statistical Bureau,analyses the present situation of hollow villages in Nanling Town of Fuqing City,and discusses the evolution process of hollow villages.Finally,on the basis of questionnaires and field research,the formation mechanism of hollow villages in Nanling Town of Fuqing City is found out,and the main factors affecting hollow villages are identified as "population quantity","homestead","environmental sanitation","industrial policy" and "educational resources".The influencing factors of hollow villages in Nanling Town are analyzed by SPSS software.And take the form of tables,charts and other forms to intuitively reflect;Chapter VI is aimed at the status quo of hollow villages in Nanling Town,Fuqing,put forward countermeasures.Finally,the conclusion of this study is summarized and the shortcomings of this paper are pointed out.Through research and analysis,the main reasons affecting hollow villages in Nanling Town are determined as follows: inadequate land management and non-standard disposal on "land factors";inconvenience in transportation,serious environmental pollution,frequent natural disasters on "natural environmental factors";low traditional income on "economic and industrial factors";lack of talent funds,poor employment market;and "new and old concepts factors".There is the idea that the older generation will stay in the city temporarily,which leads to the reluctance to abandon the homestead and the new generation of young people to stay in the city and return home.According to the three types of villages in Nanling Town,i.e.agglomeration and promotion,characteristic development and support and relocation,this paper takes Lidong Village,Dashan Village and Xixi Village as examples,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The innovations of this paper include: the innovation of the research object,breaking through the traditional research model of hollow villages in underdeveloped areas,the study of hollow villages in Nanling Town,which ranks among the top 20 counties in Fuqing City,broadens the research dimension of hollowvillages.Innovation of research methods,using field questionnaires and SPSS data analysis,determine the influencing factors of hollow villages,and summarize and analyze the main reasons for the impact.
