Study On The Performance Evaluation Of LY Local Taxation Bureau

Party's 19 report points out that we should deepen the reform of the institutions and administrative system,the main contents include scientific and reasonable set of agencies,to redistribute the power of the party and government departments,enhance the government credibility,to explore new management and service mode.This points out the direction for the reform of administrative management system in the new historical stage.In this context,we continue to explore the government performance appraisal system,which fits the trend and requirements of The Times.From the practice of the performance appraisal of the tax system in recent years,some results have been achieved,but there are still many problems to be improved.Therefore,it is necessary to discuss the performance appraisal of the land tax system.Based on LY city local taxation bureau of the performance evaluation system as the research object,combined with the authors experience working in land tax system,and control during the period of graduate study theory method,adopt the method of integrating theory with practice,summarizing performance appraisal theory,the analysis of current LY city local taxation bureau performance appraisal,draw lessons from the domestic and foreign advanced experience,put forward optimization measures of LY city local taxation bureau performance appraisal.The introduction part of this paper briefly discusses the purpose and significance of the research on the performance of the tax system.The second part mainly introduces the theoretical basis and related concepts of performance appraisal;The third part mainly analyzes the present situation of the performance appraisal of the local taxation bureau of LY.The fourth part mainly introduces the existing problems and causes of the performance appraisal of the local taxation bureau in LY city.The fifth part mainly focuses on the experience of domestic and foreign taxation department performance appraisal;The sixth part is the optimization measure of the performance appraisal of the local taxation bureau in LY city.In this paper,the index system and assessment method of the performance assessment of land tax system are improved to some extent,and it provides a way of thinking and method for the transformation of the local taxation bureau of the local taxation bureau in LY,and it has some theoretical and practical significance.
