A Investigation Report On Government Beha Vior In The Process Of Precision Poverty Allev Iation In Zhenjin Town,Jianyang City

Poverty problem is a problem that governments all over the world have been eager to solve.Since the founding of the people's Republic of China,the Chinese government expanded the connotation of poverty alleviation and innovated various anti-poverty models,and gradually explored a road out of poverty with Chinese characteristics.At present,China has entered a critical period of tackling poverty,and in order to ensure the overall goal of building a moderately prosperous society by 2020,the biggest short board and difficulties are still in the poor rural areas in Western china.Therefore,based on the investigation of precise poverty with government-led in western typical poor villages and towns,this article summarizes the cause of poverty and poverty alleviation model and government behavior in the process of precision poverty alleviation in typical town,analysis the problem and reasons on the government behavior in the process of precise poverty,put forward suggestions on the precise poverty alleviation,and so on.This article has important practical significance on the precise poverty alleviation work of local government.This paper is divided into five chapters.In the first chapter,the background and significance of the research is explained,and research scheme is designed combining domestic and foreign situation.The second chapter is the analysis of the survey data.The basic situation,the main models of poverty alleviation,and precise poverty status of the Zhenjin town are expounded and the government behavior in the process of precision poverty alleviation is analyzed from the organization,precise identification,accurate help and exit procedure,etc.In the third chapter the problems and reasons of government behavior in the process of poverty alleviation is analyzed.In the fourth chapter,aiming at the problems founding in the investigation,the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the poverty alleviation work in the town are put forward.The fifth chapter is the conclusion which extracts core contents of the thesis.Through investigation and research,the author believes that Improving the anti-poverty mechanism and strengthening education training is the basis of precise poverty alleviation.Focusing on accurate identification and strengthening dynamic management is the premise of precise poverty alleviation.Accurate helping measures to accelerate project construction is the key to precision poverty alleviation.Developing "Internet+poverty alleviation" and opening sales channels are the driving forces for precision poverty alleviation.
