Process reengineering was first applied to the field of enterprise reengineering to make fundamental changes to business processes to improve business efficiency and customer satisfaction,which in turn has a catalytic effect on business development.Government process reengineering has evolved from the reengineering of business processes and has been widely used in government departments.In recent years,China's economic and social development has been rapid and it has reached the sprint stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way.However,the development of some regions has entered a bottleneck period.The central government has guided local governments in process reengineering to further stimulate the vitality of the socialist market economy and enhance the government's image.Background and development needs.However,in recent years,most of the practice of local government process reengineering in China has made a big fuss on the surface,and there are few successful cases that can touch upon fundamental process reengineering.For this reason,this article combines the present situation of China's economic and social development,and takes the reengineering of the administrative examination andapproval process of local government as a research topic,and also hopes to make some feasible suggestions through in-depth study of this topic.This article uses the overall governance theory as a methodological and theoretical support,focusing on the reengineering of the real estate registration process of the W Real Estate Registration Center as a case to analyze the reengineering of the examination and approval process.It consists of the following components:The first part "Introduction" introduces the background and research significance of this topic selection,combs the domestic and foreign research context,makes comments on the research results,and introduces the research methods and content of this article.The second part is "the definition of the core concepts and the interpretation of the theoretical basis."
