Optimization Study On Urban Community Grid Management

Since the reform and opening up,The development of the city is fruitfulness,at the same time,Urban development also encountered a series of problems and challenges,for example traffic pressure remains high and the public service system urgently needs improvement.Public supporting facilities are still under construction.The sustainable development of the city needs to solve the problem effectively,overcome the challenge,So then the life of the people will be better.New requirements for community management will be present.Shanghai is an important mega city,the mission of community management is more difficult.As a suburb of Shanghai,QINGPU has become increasingly prominent in how to promote the effectiveness of community management,realize the autonomy of residents and realize multiple collaborative management.This paper on the reform of municipal party committee NO.1 subject as the background,in the perspective of community management,with Xianghuaqiao street community grid management,for example,to build new community grids management mode were discussed,hoping to further perfect the system of Xianghuaqiao street community grids management,activate the grid management.This thesis mainly is divided into five parts,the structure is as follows: the introduction part from the community grid management,community grid management pattern,community grid management practices,the four aspects of community governance,integration of related literature review,and points out the innovation and deficiency.First chapter for the core concepts and theoretical basis,to define the concept of grid and grid management,the object of study,through the seamless government theory,new public management theory,elaborating theory and collaborative governance theory as the construction of this thesis solid theoretical basis.The second chapter introduces the origin of urban community grid management,combined with the current situation of urban community grid management and the typical experience of Beijing dongcheng district,Shanghai Changning district,Shanghai Minhang district community grid management,in order to provide a reference for Qingpu district grid management.The third chapter combs the general situation of the grid management of Xianghuaqiao street community,and analyzes the current situation,effectiveness,problems and reasons of the grid management of Xianghuaqiao street community based on the reform of the No.1 topic of the Municipal Party Committee.Put forward the management idea,management mechanism,information technology and other aspects of the problem,based on analysis of the causes of the problem.The fourth chapter puts forward corresponding optimization countermeasures to improve the system mechanism of urban community grid management,so as to improve the efficiency and management ability of grid management.The conclusion mainly expounds the realistic meaning of community grid management and the prospect of the future community grid development.
