Research On Optimization Countermeasures Of Gird Management In Longxi Road Community

In the process of china's continuous economic reform,profound changes have been taken place in the social system and the social structure has changed accordingly.Reform is playing an increasingly prominent role and benefits more and more people.In the field of public administration,community constriction and development has become the focus of the government and people's issue.The report of 19^th National Congress of the Communist Part of China points out that the fundamental of social government is the management of people,the focus should be an urban and rural communities and security and driving force lies in institutional innovation.Therefore,we should continue to move social government to grass roots,integrate and provide more resource for grass roots,implement fine management and finally realize grid and socialization of management.In the moment,we should continuously promote the construction of comprehensive and basic service platform based on grass-roots management,strengthen optimize and enhance community autonomy ability,improve service function and ultimately form a new scientific community management service mechanism and system.Great attention should be paid to give full play of the social organization function of community.We should promote the government,society and residents to give full play to their own governance adjustment and autonomy function and,in the end,establish an efficient communication and benign interaction mode among the government,society and residents.As the most basic organization for the government to implement public management and service the public,the community is the basic support for the government to improve public management and improve public service.The development and application of grid management mode has a history of more than ten years in china.Through continuous development of experience and development,the grid management mode has become one of the most important models of community government in china.This research idea of this paper is to use the theory firstly to establish the analysis framework and then to use the case analysis method,interview method,other methods to collect data.On this basis,the paper furtherly analyze the grid management problems of Longxi Road Community and the reasons.Afterword,by using comparative research method,the author draws lessons from the experience of grid management in Dongcheng District of Beijing and Shanghai,and finallyputs forward the counter measures to optimize the grid management of Longxi Road Community.The main innovation point of this paper is to study and point out the system defeats existing in the grid management in Longxi Road community,and provide improvement corresponding counter measures and measures for grid management of Longxi Road community and also promote its continuous improvement and perfection in the use of reference.In the research process,the article is based on the current situation of social government of Longxi Road community,as well as the actual needs of future development,which not only expand the exploration direction and channel,but also promote the enrichment and optimization of paths and methods.However,due to the limited time and not wide enough scope,the proposed countermeasures and measures of this paper may lack of universal applicability,which should be continuously improved and promoted in the process of research and practice in days to come.
