The nineteen CPC Central Committee stated that "the cadres of the party are the backbone of the party and the cause of the country." "Talents are the strategic resources to realize national revitalization and win international competition." In the specific operation of government,the ability of government management is achieved through civil servants who occupy specific public posts.Therefore,the job satisfaction of civil servants has a crucial impact on the efficiency of government departments.The job satisfaction of civil servants is generally low because of the high work pressure and so on.Due to the lack of professional full-time career guidance departments at all levels of government departments,and not causing civil servants' attention and attention to their careers,many civil servants have a low awareness of career planning.especially the consciousness of the civil servants' individual career management.Based on this,this article will further explore the impact of civil servants' individual career management and psychological empowerment on job satisfaction.First,it systematically combs the theory of individual career management,job satisfaction and psychological authorization.By analyzing and summarizing,defining related concepts and introducing related theories,the research model and research hypothesis of this paper are put forward.Secondly,the design questionnaire is pre-investigated.Through the reliability and validity analysis,the data are collected through the formal questionnaire to provide real and effective data for the analysis of the paper.Thirdly,descriptive analysis,ANOVA,correlation analysis,mediating effect analysis and path analysis were applied to sample data.First of all,the differences of demographic variables among individual career management,job satisfaction and psychological empowerment are analyzed.Secondly,it analyzes whether the psychological empowerment plays a mediating role in the process of the impact of individual career management on job satisfaction,and it has a complete intermediary role or a partial intermediary role.Finally,the path analysis of five dimensions of individual career management is used to understand thepath and significance of opportunity,career belief,career exploration,self cognition,upward communication and psychological empowerment on job satisfaction.Finally,according to the research results,combined with the current situation and characteristics of civil servants' job satisfaction,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the job satisfaction of civil servants.
