Research On Emergency Management Capability Evaluation Of A Coking Company

Coking products such as coke,coal tar and light benzene are widely used in industrial production.As an important part of the national economy,the coking industry has made significant contributions to China's economic construction and healthy development.As a regional central city at the junction of Shanxi,Shandong,Hebei and Henan,Handan has abundant coal and iron ore resources.As an important pillar of the city's industrial industry,coking industry not only solves the employment problem of a large number of labor,but also creates high profits and taxes and Social wealth makes a great contribution to the local economic and social development.However,due to the inherent flammable and explosive characteristics of coking products,coking enterprises are prone to safety incidents such as gas poisoning and explosion,which puts higher demands on the safe production of enterprises,and strengthens the safety production management of the coking industry and becomes one of the key points of local government emergency management work.At present,safety production accidents of coking enterprises still occur from time to time.In the case of limited prevention,a considerable number of accidents have increased the consequences of disasters due to improper disposal and insufficient management capacity,causing huge losses to enterprises,and coking enterprises urgently need emergency management capabilities.improve.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to conduct research on emergency management capabilities of enterprises.Based on the analysis of existing domestic and foreign literatures,this paper takes A coking company in southern Hebei as an example,briefly describes the corporate background of A coking company,the production process of main products,analyzes the risks of the company's production links and the status quo of enterprise emergency management,build an evaluation index system from the aspects of personnel quality,material security,system construction,etc.,use the attribute hierarchy model(AHM)to evaluate its emergency management ability,and propose improvement measures to help enterprises find the deficiencies in the work and improve the emergency management level.This study is also useful for other coking enterprises or industry regulatory authorities to evaluate the emergency management capabilities of similar production units.
