Research On The Improvement Countermeasures Of The Implementation Of Housing Security Policy In Dalian

In recent years,in the face of increasingly expensive land prices,commercial housing prices have also risen,resulting in some people renting,buying housing difficulties in the residents,how to coordinate the solution to the basic housing problems of this part of the residents,the introduction of a legitimate and reasonable housing security policy,the government needs to consider carefully.In China,the housing security policy started late,and the construction of social security system and medical security system is relatively imperfect.Especially,as a pilot city of housing security policy in the 12 th Five-Year Plan,Dalian has many problems in the current housing security policy.How to formulate the needs of the people in the future development? Housing security policies that are conducive to urban development are all problems that need to be explored and solved.In order to analyze the implementation of the current housing security policy in Dalian,this paper adopts the method of combining practice with theory,using interviews and questionnaires,comprehensive analysis of the data,with real and reliable data to support the relevant theory.At the same time,find the literature,on the domestic and foreign research status,China’s housing security policy to sort out the general situation of development,help to clarify the development context of the housing security policy in Dalian,in a brief summary of the achievements of the implementation of the housing security policy in Dalian,analysis of the implementation of the housing security policy in Dalian exists.Deficiencies,such as imperfect policy formulation,regulatory mechanism is not sound,service awareness is not in place,and other deficiencies,in view of the existing problems put forward to improve the implementation of the policy recommendations.To help Dalian better implement housing security policy and enhance residents’ satisfaction with housing security.Combining with other domestic housing security policy cases,this paper argues that the improvement of housing security in Dalian should proceed from the following points: improving housing security policy;improving the housing security policy supervision mechanism;enhancing the executive force and service awareness of the implementation department.Further analysis and explanation are given to each item.With the continuous development of cities and the changing needs of residents,the government’s policies should also change positively.Through the analysis of this paper,we can find some improvements in the implementation of the housing security policy in Dalian,help the government to improve the implementation rate of the policy,and make contributions to the transformation of service-oriented government.At the same time,we can let the residents enjoy the policy more in line with their needs,so that the residents’ happiness and satisfaction can be more satisfied.
