Research On Police Mechanism Based On Risk Control Of Key Population

The key population control is an important basic work of the public security organs.It plays a vital role in preventing crimes and maintaining social security.It is not only an effective means for public security,but also an important source of information for the daily work of public security organs.At present,the public security organ's control model for key populations still stays in the evaluation of historical and static information,and understands the daily situation of key populations through talks,visits,etc.,and decides whether to withdraw or manage according to its performance.Due to the insufficiency,untimely and inaccurate application of big data,the dynamic management and control of the daily behavior of key populations has problems such as leakage management,lack of management,and inadequate management and control.It is urgent to innovate and improve the working concepts,modes,means and methods of key population control.And improve the effectiveness of control.Through reviewing the literature and field research methods and drawing on relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the current situation and main problems of China's key population control,based on risk assessment theory,intelligence-led policing theory and process reengineering theory.The key population database of public security organs and the application of technical means of public security big data propose a key population risk management and control model in a dynamic social environment.Focus on the research on key population risk assessment methods,determine the risk sources in the key population behavior information,and use the system to analyze and judge various types of information to determine the weight of each risk factor and control level of key populations is assessed.Based on this model,the public security organs need to improve the risk management and control capabilities of key populations and effectively maintain social security by innovating policing mechanisms,improving management and control methods,establishing support systems,and improving relevant laws and regulations.This paper combines the construction of China's social security control system and the application of public security big data technology,improves the dynamic management and control mode and police mechanism based on the risk assessment of key populations,and protects and resists social security risks and improves the social governance capabilities of public security organs,which has reference value.
