At present,the overall situation of law and order in China is good,but the pressure for maintaining stability is still grim.As the main force for maintaining stability,public security organs have great responsibilities.Among this team,the grassroots police force has the largest number of people,the most conflict-solving work,the role is important,and the mission is arduous.However,the perennial "high-intensity,high-risk,overload" state has caused some grassroots police officers to have problems such as sub-health,low morale,low work enthusiasm and even staff turnover.These problems have seriously restricted the construction of the police force.Therefore,the establishment of a scientific and efficient public security grassroots police force incentive mechanism is of great significance for improving the political and ideological work of the public security and maximizing the combat effectiveness of the grassroots police force.The construction of the incentive mechanism is directly related to the success or failure of public security work,but also to the harmonious and stable society and the steady and rapid development of the country.In this context,the author uses the grassroots civilian police of a public security bureau of XZ as the representative to carry out the research on the incentive mechanism.Firstly,it clarifies the incentives,incentives and the related concepts and key components of the public security grassroots police force incentive mechanism.Relevant incentive theory and research results.Secondly,combined with the status quo of the incentive mechanism construction of XZ a public security bureau and the implementation principles of the incentive mechanism,carefully analyze the problems and deficiencies in the construction of the incentive mechanism of the police at the grassroots level: 1.The assessment and reward mechanism needs to be improved,2.The compensation system needs to be improved.3.The career promotion system needs to be improved.4.The occupational security mechanism needs to be improved.Combining the above problems with the actual situation of the public security grassroots police force,the author finally proposed to enhance the professional glory of the police by strengthening public opinion propaganda;strengthen education guidance,improve the values of the police;improve the salary system,improve the treatment of grassroots civilian police;Improve the assessment and reward mechanism;improve the occupational security mechanism and other six major measures to improve the incentive mechanism for public security grassroots police.The author also hopes that this research can help the development of the police force,and also contribute to the construction of incentive theory.
