Research On Government Performance Management Karamay District

Government performance as an efficiency tool in social management,it reflects the government's management capability of its operation.Especially in our country,government performance evaluation plays an important role to promote the administrative system reform and the government management innovation.Government performance management system related to the transformation of government functions and mechanisms.It's conducive to improve government management capacity,scientific management and image of the government.Into the 1990 s,with the government to promote innovation management system,a large number of government performance evaluations theories gradually rise,forming a distinctive government performance management system.In our country,from the central government to local government,performance management system showing a variety of features and it created many distinctive patterns.This thesis mainly is about the study of government performance management in Karamay District.In the first part of this paper,it firstly illustrates the selected topic's background,significance,domestic and foreign research reviews,research methods and so on.In the second part,it defines the concept and clarifies the related theory of government performance management.It provides the theory basis for the analysis of Karamay District government performance management.In the third part,it analyzes the current situation of government performance management in Karamay District.It also introduces the district situation,implementation background,content,and results of the government performance management,as well as points out the effects of the implementation of performance management.In the fourth part,it emphatically analyzed some existing problems of government performance management in Karamay District.Then it analyzes some causes of the above problems synthetically.In the sixth part it finally puts forward some suggestions to improve government performance management in Karamay District,to provide intellectual support for t government performance management practices in Karamay District.
