Performance management is an important management method in the field of public management,and it is also an important means to improve the efficiency of government work and build a service-oriented government.From the perspective of China's development situation,the Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the construction of a service-oriented government and insist on advancing The reform of the administrative system and the innovation of management methods,and the gradual exploration and practice in the field of performance management.As an important economic management and tax law enforcement department of the country,the implementation of performance management is not only an urgent need to adapt to the general trend of government management reform,but also a service The inherent requirements of the overall economic and social development.Since 2014,the tax authorities have achieved certain results after years of implementation,but due to short implementation time,insufficient implementation experience,and incomplete management system,etc.,the performance management of tax authorities is also setting indicators and implementing work.There are certain problems and difficulties in the effective connection between organizations and individuals.Therefore,this article is based on the perspective of tax authorities in Hebei Province,draws on the experience of implementing performance management at home and abroad,and uses a combination of empirical analysis and qualitative research.From the perspective of combining government,department and individual,research on how to improve the performance management of tax authorities,and then achieve mutual benefit and win-win for both organizations and individuals,so as to solve the difficulties and dilemmas encountered in the current work,and better promote performance for tax authorities Management suggestions are provided to provide reference for innovative government management methods.According to the research in this article,the main points to be explained are: the path and direction of implementing performance management in tax authorities are correct,and the effectiveness of promoting work implementation is also significant.Although currently encountering some development problems,the overall work situation without any fundamental impact,these difficulties and dilemmas are also the key directions for the next improvement.As long as the work goals of the common development of the organization and the individual are clarified,the institutional system,the indicator system,the evaluation mechanism,the communication and feedback,and the results should be strengthened Application,construction of performance culture and other six areas will be improved,and the performance management level of tax authorities will continue to make progress,and the overall quality and efficiency of taxation work will be further improved.
