Research On The Issue Of Strengthening The Management Of Primary Police Support Staff Of Ulanhot City

With the continuous development of China's society and economy,the change of the major social contradictions,and the increasing needs of the people for a better life,the public security situation and the quality of social security have become important standards to measure the social development in various regions,which directly or indirectly affect the regional economic development.However,due to such factors as quota limitation,when the police force at the grassroots level is seriously insufficient,the auxiliary police officers at the grassroots level have played an irreplaceable role in assisting the public security organs to crack down on illegal crimes and maintain public security.In recent years,with the recognition at the national level,various regions have gradually explored a system for grassroots auxiliary police officer management.Nevertheless,at present stage,there are many problems in the recruitment,power and responsibility,employment,security and supervision of grassroots auxiliary police officers.Therefore,how to strengthen the management of grassroots auxiliary police officers is of great significance and is the only way to realize the comprehensive governance of public security in China.This paper studied the strengthening of the management of the grassroots auxiliary police officers in Ulanhot City.Firstly,it summarized the related literature at home and abroad,and analyzed the auxiliary police staff management structure in our country.On this basis,the current situation of the management of the grassroots auxiliary police officers in Ulanhot City was concluded.Then,the field survey method,interview method were applied,combing with the local actual situation,to find out the problems existing in the management of the grassroots auxiliary police officers in Ulanhot City,and the causes of the problems were analyzed as well.Finally,the paper put forward corresponding suggestions from the aspects of employment mode,financial security and other management means,which has certain reference significance in theory and practice of strengthening the management of grassroots police auxiliary personnel in China.
