The moral education class is a compulsory public foundation course for all majors in secondary vocational schools(secondary schools)in China,and is the main channel for moral education in schools.Legal education is an important part of moral education.It is of great significance to make students master basic legal knowledge,establish a good legal consciousness and socialist legal concept through legal education,and become a qualified socialist successor.In most secondary vocational schools in China,legal education is mainly taught in the national vocational school textbook "Professional Ethics and Law".The survey found that the lack of interest in traditional classroom teaching methods in secondary vocational schools is a common predicament in the legal education of secondary vocational schools.In view of the above dilemmas,this study is based on the theory of understanding model,combined with the new curriculum standards of secondary vocational schools and the requirements of moral education after the new curriculum reform,flexible application of role-playing method,the country,especially in Guangxi,mainly ten The important social issues,legal events,civil law,relevant provisions of criminal law,etc.,have carefully selected legal real cases and examples in life,that is,examples of social legal events centered on student life experience,combined with the practice of legal teaching Inspire and explore whether the role-playing teaching model enhances students' interest in legal courses,thus improving the teaching effectiveness of legal education.This study designed a teaching experiment to explore whether the use of role-playing teaching mode in the teaching of vocational school students should enhance students' interest in legal courses.The author randomly selected two classes in the first class of the first-grade nursing class of a secondary vocational school in Guangxi,and conducted a controlled experiment on the teaching of legal courses.One class was used as the experimental group and the other was used as the control group.The two groups are the authors as teaching teachers,the experimental group uses the role-playing teaching mode for teaching,and the control group uses the traditional teaching mode for teaching.After the experiment,the two groups of students were surveyed by questionnaire,and the interest of the two groups of students in the legal class was compared.The results showed that 55.56% and 18% of the students in the experimental group and the control group considered the form of the course to be interesting.It can be seen from the survey results that the role-playing teaching model combines the teaching of legal courses with social practice,and the teaching form is relatively active,which enhances students' interest in legal courses.This study proposes a teaching model of the role-playing of the legal system of secondary vocational students,taking into account teaching theory,legal knowledge and ethical practice,and strives to have value,systematic and current affairs.I also hope that through the efforts of the author and my colleagues,I will personally practice,experiment,analyze the data,summarize and reflect,and then sublimate it into a theory.Let's discuss and explore ways to improve the effective teaching methods and learning methods of moral education in secondary vocational schools.Its application in the discipline of ideological politics.Even if it has certain reference significance,it can be promoted and applied in the whole subject teaching in secondary vocational schools,and it can provide an effective teaching and learning method for teachers and students.In order to enrich the theory of moral education teaching in secondary vocational schools,the moral education teachers are guided to theoretically study the teaching methods of moral education,improve their theoretical quality,and provide a theoretical basis for adapting their own teaching concepts to adapt to the new curriculum reform.
