China and the United States are the two largest economies in the world. It is the common aspiration of the whole world that China and the United States go hand in hand and work together for a win-win situation. The two sides have a solid foundation for cooperation and broad space for development, and have an indelible impact on maintaining world peace and promoting global stability. After Trump takes office as President of the United States,a series of changes will take place in American foreign policy and strategy. With the transformation of the US "Asia-Pacific Strategy" to "Indo-Pacific Strategy",it is bound to have a profound impact on the situation in the Asia-Pacific region and the world pattern. Both the "Asia-Pacific" strategy and the "Indo-Pacific" strategy are based on the American alliance theory and the basic framework of its reality. As the only superpower in the world after the cold war,on the one hand, the United States regards the alliance strategy as an important link to maintain its unipolar hegemony,to deal with the challenges of the international order and to prevent emerging powers from replacing their hegemonic status;on the other hand, the alliance is also used by the United States as a power resource and a tool to maintain order in its global strategy. From the theoretical origin,it is easy to conclude that Trump's government will expand the Asia-Pacific strategy into the Indo-Pacific strategy, and will also base on its alliance theory,in order to restrain China to achieve the goal of maintaining hegemony.Secondly,it outlines the US Asia-Pacific strategic policy before and after Trump's administration.Firstly,it explains the Asia-Pacific strategic policy during the Obama administration, including its formation background and strategy.Secondly,it outlines the Trump Administration's Asia-Pacific strategic policy, including the Trump Administration's attitude towards the "Asia-Pacific rebalancing strategy",the basic principles of Trump's own Asia-Pacific strategy and the basic trend of its Asia-Pacific policy changing to Indian-Pacific policy. This paper analyses the evolution process and main contents of Trump Government's "Indo-Pacific Strategy".In the context of its proposed background, the following main aspects are as follows: first, the transfer of the world economic center;the emerging economies represented by Asian countries(China and India)show their economic potential;two, the implementation of China's "one belt and one road" initiative has directly stimulated the sensitivity of global hegemony in the United States and produced a sense of crisis;and the three is the United States in the premise of high-profile intervention in the South China Sea dispute. There is a huge contrast between China's positive response and that of other countries in the region, which makes the United States reluctant to deal with the South China Sea issue. At the same time, the strategy of Trump government on the Indo-Pacific region has undergone a process from vision design to policy practice. The report of National Security Strategy issued by Trump government is the symbol of the strategy. The main content of the "India strategy" includes three pillars, namely, military and security order, political allies and partners, economic intervention and bilateral policies, and four projects, namely, strengthening strategic cooperation with India, increasing the risks of China's maritime strategic routes and trade channels, preventing the implementation of the "one belt and one way" initiative, and establishing a fair trade policy in the Indian Pacific region.Strategy.Thirdly,it discusses the influence and challenge of the "Indo-Pacific Strategy" on the development of Sino-US relations. The "Indo-Pacific Strategy" is a clear strategic policy aimed at China, which is bound to affect China.Firstly,we are facing greater pressure from "the threat of hegemony".Secondly, the regional integration of the new economy brought about by the "India-Pacific Strategy" poses a new threat to China's economic security.Thirdly, the new Indian-Pacific security order built by the "India-Pacific Strategy" will inevitably threaten the original security order of China and the surrounding countries.China and the United States are facing many challenges in the development prospects under the background of the "Indo-Pacific Strategy".Both sides must stand on the perspective of common interests and responsibilities to maintain the stable and sound development of Sino-US relations.Fourthly,it looks forward to the development prospects of Sino-US bilateral relations under the post-Indo-Pacific strategy. We will continue to advocate and adhere to high-level exchanges and exchanges among all sectors of society, strengthen economic and trade consultation, seek maximum benefits with a responsible attitude towards our own people and bilateral relations and towards world economic development, jointly stabilize the security order in the region, and return military relations to a normal, healthy and pragmatic track. We will promote the sustained and sound development of the "New Sino-US Great Power Relations".In short, history has developed to a new node.In the framework of building a new type of relations between major powers,China and the United States should,in a spirit of seizing the day and night, create opportunities, plan for the future, expand consensus, seek common ground while reserving differences, and achieve win-win cooperation. As for all kinds of contradictions, disputes and differences arising from the rapid development of Sino-US relations, both sides should actively resolve differences in management and control, strengthen cooperation and consultation, promote the usher in a brighter future of bilateral relations and inject inexhaustible impetus into the rapid development of the world on the basis of understanding, respect and mutual benefit.
