Under the guidance of the current trend of promoting media integration and building the all-media era,the new era background and the trend of legalization and scientific investigation, the relationship between the investigation agency and the media has become increasingly prominent, and it has become a major influence on the reform of the judicial system.issue.This paper takes the perspective of research from outside the investigation, focuses on exploring the interaction mechanism between the investigation and the media, and on the basis of its accurate cognition,it deeply analyzes the positive and negative impact of the media on the investigation and deals with the relationship between the media.Conflicts and contradictions, and actively seek for mechanisms and measures for the benign interaction between the two. With the progress and development of society, the relationship between the media and the media has become the era of the society, and the "color of information" is the color of the times. Therefore, for its research,it should open up new horizons, with a developmental and historical perspective.Looking at the problems of their existence, they explore the criteria for the detection of moderately open boundaries from the macro and micro perspectives, and what are the specific problems of the investigation organs and the media itself in the process of handling the relationship of the investigations? How should investigative agencies and their personnel change their concepts and how to implement them? How should the media strengthen its legal literacy, and how to evade the anomalous language and behaviors that undermine and affect the smooth conduct of investigations in case reports? All of them are problem-oriented in the article, and put forward relatively specific operational measures and norms.According to the specific analysis, this paper mainly studies the status quo of the relationship between the investigative organs and the media in China and how to achieve positive interaction according to the logic and ideas of finding problems, analyzing problems and solving problems. It is mainly divided into three parts: The first chapter is an overview of the relationship between the investigation agency and the media.First,it expounds the concept and characteristics of the investigation and media relations, and clarifies related concepts.Secondly,it sorts out the development process of China's media relations, and finally expounds the basis of the positive interaction between investigation and media. The second chapter is the influence of the media on the investigation activities. It is mainly explained from two aspects: positive influence and negative influence. The positive impacts are mainly from the aspects of improving the efficiency of investigation, the external supervision of the media, and promoting the legalization of investigation, the protection of civil rights and the prevention of crime.Negative influences are mainly explained by the difficulty of increasing the difficulty of investigating work, the fact that media reports do not objectively affect public perception, and violate relevant human rights. The third chapter is the conception of the benign interaction of the Chinese media.Firstly,it expounds the practical necessity of the benign interaction between the investigative organ and the media. From the perspective of the investigative organ and the media, combined with the specific national conditions of China,it proposes from the ideological level, the legal level, the institutional level, the guarantee of the talent team and the relief mechanism. The specific measures of investigating and benign interaction with the media also put forward a prospect for the improvement of the judicial system and the positive interaction of the media to promote the "win-win" of investigation and media development.
