With the rapid development of economy,the increasingly fierce social competition,people's pace of life is accelerating,work pressure continues to increase,the resulting job burnout problem has gradually become a common phenomenon,and spread to the civil service.Township civil servants as the backbone of the party at the grassroots level,is the party and the government closely linked to the masses of the bridge and link,bear the implementation of national policies,the construction of new rural areas,providing public services,maintaining social stability responsibilities.Township civil service professional burnout not only harm the physical and mental health,but also weaken the organization and management functions of the implementation,seriously undermined the image of the government.Therefore,the study of strengthening the job burnout of this group has become an urgent task to effectively protect the physical and mental health of the township civil servants and promote the scientific development of public management at the grassroots level.In this paper,the township civil servants in the central region as the research object,taking Shanxi Province,Shanyin County as a sample,through in-depth interviews and questionnaires to obtain relevant information and data,the use of spss software analysis concluded: Shanyin County township civil service groups in the prevalence of occupation And the middle class,which is closely related to the demographic index of the township civil servants' personal education level,working life,job level and so on.The reason of the occupational burnout of the township civil servants is mainly related to the individual's own and the work does not match,the organization environment to the individual support And the effectiveness of the management system is not bad.At last,on the basis of confirming the problem of job burnout and its causes,the author puts forward the countermeasures of mitigation and intervention.
