Community Old-age Service From The Perspective Of Social Work

As our country enters an aging society,the elderly population is growing rapidly,the population is aging,and the elderly lack of old age is becoming more and more serious.The traditional family pension model has also been affected more and more,and the community needs to bear more.More old-age services work,and in the community pension,the unit-type community's pension model has its uniqueness and advantages and disadvantages.This paper relies on the specific unit-type community L university retired faculty and staff community as the research object,and goes deep into the community to study the particularity and advantages and disadvantages of the unit-type community to provide the aged care service.Through the internship process of the author at the L University Retirement Office and the specific experience and self-observation of the establishment of the L University Social Work Service Station,I will understand the specific context and operational logic of the L University community to provide the aged care service,and understand why the unit community shows this.The characteristics of the aged care service,and through the participation in observation and interview methods to understand the current situation and needs of the elderly in the L university community,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the current retirement services provided by the retired office,and the reasons for these shortcomings.The study found that the L university community has its advantages in providing aged care services.It has stronger organizational and mobilization power,can provide more services for the elderly,help residents form a community of interests,and provide more volunteers.Resources and life care and community activities,however,they also have obvious disadvantages,which are reflected in the inability of old-age services to cover the entire community,the incomplete pension service projects,the inadequate pension infrastructure and the strong administrative color.Finally,from the perspective of social work,it proposes ways and solutions to solve the current pension dilemma.From the practical point of view,it tries to make up the methods and models for the defects of the unit-type community pension service,and achieves the purpose of perfecting the unit-type community pension service.
