When performing community work in a traditional unit-type community,this situation often occurs: community residents have obvious service needs,and there are a large number of available service resources inside and outside the community,but because these resources have not been effectively linked and Integration,community services are difficult to effectively develop,and the service needs of community residents cannot be effectively met.Investigate its root cause,and find that the problem lies in the governance structure and governance mechanism of the unit-type community still in the state formed during the planned economy period: the top-down rigid management structure hinders the effective supply of various service resources,and is based on the social The community service project designed by the work concept is also difficult to carry out effectively,and the needs of community residents cannot be fully satisfied.This governance structure and operating mechanism arising from the unit-type community has become a serious obstacle that affects the development of the community and the effective development of community services,and must be fundamentally resolved.In this sense,reviewing the problem of community governance in the unit community from the perspective of social work research,integrating various social resources according to the needs of community governance,and trying to solve various problems in the construction of the community governance system by means of community work becomes The key to improving the level of community service.This article attempts to take the L community as the research object from the perspective of social work,through questionnaires,interviews with residents,etc.,to penetrate the L community,master the basic situation and basic characteristics of the L community,and gain an in-depth understanding of the L community as a unitarycommunity Problems in community service and community governance.The survey results show that there are actually three problems in the L community: one is the lack of effective community services,and the service needs of the residents are not met;the second is that the community has a single source of resources,narrow service targets,and the rich resources inside and outside the community are not effectively used The third is that the main body,methods and concepts of community governance do not match the modern community governance system.In response to the above problems,the use of community work methods to integrate governance resources has initially transformed the governance concepts of relevant community subjects,laying an effective foundation for the adjustment of the community governance structure and the construction of a modern governance system.This paper starts preliminary exploration and attempts around the governance of unit-type communities.The research results show that it is a useful exploration to use social work concepts and methods to improve the community governance system,and it has the necessity and feasibility.
