The villagers' autonomy, which originated in the early 1980s, is a great achievement in the construction of grassroots democracy in China. The implementation of the rural social governance has undergone profound changes. The state has no direct management over the rural society, but rather empowers it with self-management power. The rural villagers themselves manage their own affairs. In 30 years of ups and downs, the villagers' autonomy has made remarkable achievements, the Chinese rural areas and even the country's economic and social development and comprehensive progress has far-reaching significance. However, since the implementation of the autonomy of villagers, the debate on the villagers' autonomy has never ceased. The implementation of the status of village autonomy can also find the answer in reality, there is no doubt that the practice of institutional text and practice there is usually a large gap. Theoretically, village-level organizations should assume the role of "family" in village society, and should mainly protect the interests of the village. In the course of the implementation of the system of village self-government, village-level organizations, as the core of power of villager autonomy, are also the control and distribution of village resources. Due to the asymmetry of village resources, conflicts and conflicts between villages, Level organizations, whether from the role level or from the functional level there is a "system of internal volume" phenomenon. This paper argues that under the system of villager self-government, the relationship between the township government and the village committee, which is represented by the village-level organizations, has not realized the relationship between guidance and guidance, but in reality becomes the relationship between leadership and leadership. The village-level organizations represented by the village committees are influenced by the bureaucratic system represented by the township government and absorbed into their own subsidiary bodies. Based on the theory of "country and society" as the basic theory, this paper analyzes the evolvement of the role and function of village-level organization in the village. This paper tries to explore the reason of the institutionalized internalization of the villagers' autonomy and its logical evolutionary path by means of documentary and field investigation, from both inside and outside of the village, and then analyze the system of rural self-Impact of thinking.
