In this new round of judicial reform,it is expected to change the judicial management system as the original intention.For this purpose,the procuratorate hopes that through the scientific classification of internal staff,highlight the significant position of the prosecutor,and allocate more resources of prosecutor.Therefore,it will successful motivate the prosecutor to promote professional judicial ability and strengthen the construction of judicial credibility.However,in judicial practice,the present management system does not fully stimulate the role of prosecutors.In this article,taking XS district procuratorate as an example,from the perspective of incentive mechanism,focusing on the analysis of the management practice of the reform of the classification of the prosecutor,find the problems and propose countermeasures.The first chapter introduces the research background,significance,research status and research methods at home and abroad.The second chapter first introduces the framework of incentive mechanism theory,and modern incentive model,incentive theory and from the analysis of the utility function,confirm the utility function of the prosecutor(economic income,power demand,social reputation,work achievement)and the optimal state prosecutor management,realize the maximum value of prosecutors individual utility and social utility of justice.The optimal state of public prosecutor management is the theoretical basis of this article.The third chapter takes the XS District procuratorate as an example,and analyzes the measures of the classified management of the prosecutor.The fourth chapter based on the questionnaire and the related theory,analysis of the problems of existing classification management mechanism from the perspective of incentive theory.The main problems are as follows:only rely on promotion,evaluation mechanism and incentive failure,social reputation,individual power,work achievement motivation insufficiency.The fifth chapter puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the classification management.
