Research On Rural Community Pension In The Southeast Coast Of China

China has entered the aging society of the population.The problem of "getting old before getting rich" and insufficient preparation for the service for the elderly has become more prominent in rural areas of the Areas.With the changes of production and lifestyles in rural areas in the Southeast Coast era,especially the improvement of economic life,the old-age pension of the rural population has undergone major changes and also generated new demands.In the construction of the new socialist countryside,in order to meet the various needs of the rural elderly and properly solve the social problems caused by the aging population,various regions have gradually explored and carried out the rural community pension,and accumulated valuable experience in practice,testing the feasibility of rural community pension.Therefore,the development of rural community pension model will be an important measure to solve the problem of rural pension.Under the background of population aging,this paper defines the concepts of community,rural community,community pension and rural community pension by studying the theoretical achievements on rural community pension at home and abroad,and expounds the theoretical and practical significance of rural community pension.First of all,on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of China's current rural pension model and challenges faced by it,it is concluded that it is difficult for China's rural pension model to meet the requirements of social development and progress,and the development of rural community pension model is imperative.Then through the study of the current difficulties encountered in the development of rural community pension in China,this paper analyzes the bottleneck that affects and restricts the development of rural community in China.Drawing on the practical experience of the investigation and research on rural community pension in Xiang an district,Xiamen city,this paper puts forward the basic principles,specific contents and policy Suggestions for the improvement and development of rural community pension mode in China through the inspiration of the summary of practical experience.According to maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and welfare diversification theory,it is necessary to give full play to the role of the government,society and individuals,mobilize the participation of all forces,and to strive to meet the growing diversified needs of the elderly in rural areas in order to develop the model of old-age pension in rural communities.In view of this requirement,the policy recommendations of this paper are as follows: Give full play to government functions;improve the service capacity of grass-roots organizations;publicize the correct concept of old-age pension;ensure the injection of financial funds;strengthen specialized training in old-age care services;expand the network of old-age care services in rural communities.In this paper,specific ideas are expressed from the aspects of organizational strength,education guidance,financial security,talent construction and operation mode,so as to promote the development of rural community pension.
