Research On Rural Community Governance In The New Era

Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),the new generation of party leadership with general secretary Xi Jinping as the core has attached great importance to urban and rural community governance,and put forward a series of new thinking and new judgments on community governance,providing fundamental guidance and ideological guidance for promoting community governance.The report of the 19 th CPC national congress clearly points out that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and puts forward the overall goal of comprehensively deepening reform to promote to modernize the country's governance system and capacity.Under the background of the new era,rural community,as the basic unit of society,is the smallest unit of national governance and the micro-foundation of promoting the modernization of national governance capability.Therefore,the modernization of rural community governance capability in the new era is related to the modernization of national governance capability and the smooth realization of the overall goal of building a moderately in an all-round way.Based on the socialism with Chinese characteristics into a new era,this paper studies the issues of rural community governance,first of all,the connotation of the concept of "rural community in the new era" is comprehensively and deeply analyzed,and through the analysis of carding the related literature and theory,has been clear about the concept and theoretical basis related to the study of rural community governance in the new era.On this basis,the evolution of rural community governance after the founding of new China was sorted out,and the successful experience and lessons of rural community governance were summarized and analyzed,providing practical experience for the innovative governance of rural communities in the new era.Due to the transformation of the social principal contradictions of our country and the modernization of national governance requirements,with the development of the current rural economy and society at the same time,under the background of the new era of rural communities in the process of governance is facing severe challenges,traditional way of rural management has not meet the requirements of the new era of rural community governance,while a series of new problems have appeared in the system,mode and system of community governance,this requests us to analyze the causes of problems,and combining the reality of the current rural community construction and management,and puts forward some countermeasures for the new era of rural community governance.We should provide more public services for the governance bodies of the community to meet the diversified needs of the governance bodies in the community,promote the stability and harmony of the rural communities,promote the stability and harmony of the rural communities and the process of building a new socialist countryside,and finally realize the modernization of social governance and complete the overall goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.
