Study On The Prosecutors' Professional Guarantee Of Enshi State

The prosecutor is the exerciser of the state procuratorial power and an important part of the reform of the national judicial system.prosecutors' professional guarantee is an important part of the standardization,professionalization and specialization of procurators,and is an indispensable part of the current development of the socialist procuratorial system with Chinese characteristics.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out,“Deepening the comprehensive reform of the judicial system,fully implementing the judicial responsibility system,and striving to let the people feel fair and justice in every judicial case”.It established the guiding ideology of establishing and perfecting the professional security of prosecutors in the new era.At present,with the in-depth advancement of the country in accordance with the rule of law,the reform of the national judicial reform and supervision system has entered a critical period.The people have new expectations and requirements for procuratorial work,therefore,establishing and improving the prosecutors' professional guarantee meets the requirements of the new era and new tasks.In addition,it is also imperative to provide the people with better quality rule of law products and inspection products.This paper takes the procurator of the procuratorial organ of Enshi Prefecture of Hubei Province as the research object,and comprehensively analyzes the actual situation of the prosecutors' professional guarantee in Enshi Prefecture.According to interpret the problems of prosecutors' professional guarantee from the aspects of the guarantee of occupational power,the guarantee of vocational training,the guarantee of occupational safety,the guarantee of occupational honour and the guarantee of occupational supervision,We find that the problems of prosecutors' professional guarantee are mainly due to insufficient support of laws and regulations,excessive traditional administrative management,extensive prosecutor management mode,and lack of theoretical and practical research.Through the analysis and summary,the author puts forward some countermeasures to establish and improve the prosecutors' professional guarantee.The first is to improve the protection of professional power and ensure that the prosecutor handles the case independently;the second is to strengthen the professional identity protection and stabilize the professional status of the prosecutor;the third is to improve the professional honor guarantee and enhance the professional confidence of the procurator;the fourth is to consolidate occupational safety and security and eliminate the worries of prosecutors.The fifth is to reform the vocational training guarantee and enhance the comprehensive quality of the procurator;the sixth is to strictly guarantee the supervision of the profession.
