Research On Social Work Services Intervention In Socialized Dilemma Of Left-behind Children

With the rapid development of China's economy,urbanization and population flow speed up,rural young and middle-aged labor force has become the main force of urbanization.The flood of migrant workers into cities has also brought many social problems,among which the left-behind children problem is one of them.More and more young and middle-aged workers go to cities for work,leaving children at home in the early stage of socialization.Under the care of intergenerational relatives for a long time,the mentally immature left-behind children gradually deviate from the normal growth track.Due to the long-term lack of parents' care and guidance,left-behind children encounter many difficulties in the process of socialization,such as moral quality,psychological emotion,life,school and other aspects,which will seriously hinder the healthy growth of left-behind children.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the social plight of left-behind children and studies the effective measures of social work intervention to solve the social plight of left-behind children.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the problems faced by the socialization of left-behind children,it can be seen that government departments' attention,parents' care,intergenerational education,school care,social network support and other factors are the main factors for the socialization of left-behind children.Social work intervention to solve the social plight of left-behind children is the practical research of this study.Taking the existing left-behind children in L village as the service object and aiming at solving the social plight of left-behind children,the case work intervention guided by the advantage perspective is carried out.Intervention of self-development oriented group work;Carry out resource integration community work under the guidance of social function compensation.Finally,it evaluates and reflects on the effects of social work intervention,summarizes the experience and shortcomings,and puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the intervention of social work services for left-behind children,so as to provide reference for the research and practice of solving the social plight of left-behind children.
