The Study On The Basic Unit Party Construction In Jilin Province In The “Internet+” Era

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,Jilin Province also has entered a new period of overall revitalization.In modern society,the Internet is developing and popularizing todaypopular and developed,and it has merged with traditional industries,the field of party building is also no exception.Especially at present,people's understanding and application of the Internet has expanded to “+”new stage.How to realize effectively the integration of the “Internet+” and the basic unit Party building work in Jilin Province.To provide new means and ways for basic unit party building and to improve the working efficiency of basic unit party building,make the basic unit party building work in Jilin Province keep pace with the times and conform to the new requirements of the development of the times.These have become issues that we cannot avoid in the new era.The research in this paper is carried out with the help of the relevant literature at home and abroad and the field investigation of the basic unit party organizations in Jilin Province.It is hoped that this study can provide feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the development of basic unit party building in Jilin Province in the “Internet+” era.This article is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the background and significance of this article,sorts out the current research situation at home and abroad,introduces the research methods,the key points,the difficulties and the innovation points of the research;The second part elaborates the related theories and concepts used in this paper,including Marxist Party Building Theory,Sinicized Marxist Party Building Theory,and the related Concepts of “Internet + Party Building”.In the third part,This article analyzes the present situation and opportunities of basic unit party building in Jilin Province in the “Internet+” era,based on the field survey of a total of 7 Party branches,including Party branch of a province-affiliated university in Changchun,Jilin Province,the Party branch of a provincial and public institution,a Party branch of a state-owned enterprise,a non-public enterprise party branch,a community party branch,the Party branch of a Village in Jilin City and the Party branch of a Party in Liaoyuan City.The fourth part puts forward a series of problems existed in the grass-root level Party construction of Jilin Province at the “Internet+” age and analyzes the reasons from three aspects of ideological cognition,management innovation,system mechanism regarding to the existed problems.The fifth part puts forward the measures and suggestions,combing with the reason analysis of problems existed in the grass-root level Party Construction of Jilin Province.It suggests that firstly there must be a correct understanding about “Internet+”,and the relationship between “Internet + Party Construction” and traditional Party construction;second,“Internet+” must be utilized to strengthen grass-root level Party organization construction,expand grass-root level Party members' education,innovate grass-root level Party organizations' method to serve people,and realize the unity of establishment and management of Party Construction website;finally,law supervising,fund safeguarding and talent cultivating mechanisms of “Internet+ Party construction” must be completed.
