Study On Construction Of Police Service Security For Gangnan Public Security Bureau

The police security department is an important integrated management service department of the public security organization,which is responsible for the overall management of resources such as funds,equipment procurement,infrastructure construction,police aviation security,asset management,logistics services,related technologies and information,providing important support for public security and team construction.With the sustained and healthy development of our social economy and the change of the main social contradictions,the people's expectation of our law enforcement ability is getting higher and higher.The complex social development situation and severe law enforcement environment put forward higher requirements for the police security work.In the process of comprehensively deepening the reform of the police security work,it is an important research topic to explore and construct the modern police security in line with the characteristics of the times.This article takes Gangnan public security bureau as the research object,and expounds the development status of police security construction in detail from the aspects of funds,scope of security and institutional reform,and also makes full use of the basic theories of incentive,humanistic and public choice theory.Through literature research and empirical analysis,this paper comprehensively and objectively analyses the outstanding problems in the construction of police security in Gangnan public security bureau in the aspects of ideology,rule of law,police force,material,intelligence and rights and interests,and so on.This article combines with the research background of the subject,the research status of scholars at home and abroad,and the experience of police security construction in developed countries such as Britain,the United States and Japan,etc.,and improve the police security construction in Gangnan public security bureau from the aspects of improving the ideological understanding,strengthening the top level design,perfecting the laws and regulations,perfecting the information construction and so on.This article aims to accelerate the construction of the safe oil areas and rule of law areas.It will also provide experience for improving the level of police security and promoting the progress of public security cause.
