The Study On The Allocation Of Police Resources In S Public Security Bureau

Therefore a strong police force is needed to maintain national security and social stability,respond to the expectations and yearnings of the people for a better life and realize the goal of "two one hundred years".The relevant talents is the key to the rapid development of public security.With the transformation of society and economy,the public security need to find the right position in the social reform and developmentas soon as possible.On the basis of the existing police force,we will deepen reform of the public security system in an all-round way,through scientific management,internal tapping,optimizing the allocation of police resources,increasing the efficiency of the policing and revitalizing the existing police force resources effectively,so as to improve the police force without increase in personnel.Based on the extensive research and deep thinking on the current allocation of police resources at home and abroad,this paper elaborates and accurately defines the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of police resource allocation.At the same time,it also put forward the basic principles of optimizing the allocation of police resources.The public security of S city is mastered in detail with the method of investigation and case analysis.The current situation of resource allocation of police force is searched,and the reasons are found out from the aspects of quantity,quality,structure and balance between supply and demand.Then an in-depth analysis on the concept of police resource allocation and experience in advanced countries and regions such as the United States,Hongkong,Shenzhen is made through using the comparative research method.It is believed that the S Municipal Public Security Bureau should make the corresponding adjustment from the legal,policy and internal management mechanisms to improve and alleviate the serious shortage of police forces.We put forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of improving the allocation of police resources and service mode,expanding the extension of police resources,institutionalizing the standardized management of police auxiliary personnel,streamlining the internal organs of public security organs,scientifically deploying existing police resources,and calibrating the position of public security organs.It can alleviate the shortage of police resources in S Public Security Bureau and also has certain theoretical and practical significance to solve the realistic contradiction between "limited growth of police force" and "increasing social demand".
